Objectives

The Arbitration & Conciliation Centre – Bengaluru (Domestic & International) is an initiative of the High Court of Karnataka. It is “non-profit “venture totally dedicated to facilitate all arbitration proceedings-Domestic and International.

It is conceived as a project to promote dispute resolution under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and in furtherance of the Object of Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The centre facilitates both voluntary and Court annexed arbitration.
